Due to insufficient snowfall, the opening scheduled for November 30, 2024, has been postponed. The new opening date will be announced through our social media channels and website. We’re sorry for the delay and know many of you were excited for the season to start! We appreciate your patience and can’t wait to welcome you when the time comes.

Guests with reservations will be contacted directly by our reservations department. Horse riding tour will start as planned on December 1.

Rental and Retail

Guests with reservations will be contacted directly by our reservations department. Diamond X Sports, Niseko Sports Hirafu Zaka store, The Vale store, and Muwa Premium Station will open on November 30, but 308 store will remain closed until the resort opens.

Hanazono Shuttle Bus

The shuttle bus will begin operations on the same day as the resort opening.
