Niseko Hanazono Resort

Located on Japan's northernmost island of Hokkaido, Niseko is coveted as one of the largest joint resort areas in Japan. With spectacular powder skiing, western style accommodation and a full range of guest services throughout, Niseko is Japan's most popular powder skiing destination for passionate skiers and snowboarders from all parts of the globe.

Hanazono is one big powder playground offering something for the whole family. In addition to the dry powder that lasts till afternoon, there is an extensive variety of on-and-off-mountain snow activities based right in the resort.

A world-class resort experience is here with the new addition of ski-in-ski-out Park Hyatt Hotel Residences and the slope-side Restaurant & Bar "Hanazono EDGE"

The Mountain

100km south of Sapporo, Niseko Hanazono Resort is located at the base of Mt. Annupuri a part of the Niseko-Shakotan-Otaru Kaigan Quasi-National Park and the eastern end of the Niseko mountain range stretching from the Japan sea.

Seasonal winds from the Eurasian continent pick up moisture over the warm currents of the Sea of Japan to form snow clouds and in turn some of the driest, lightest powder in the world.

Hanazono's ski area is located northeast of Mt. Niseko-Annupuri, where you can enjoy longer time on the mountain with favorable snow quality throughout.
