Saddle up for Horse Riding in Niseko's Winter Wonderland
Horse riding experience at a ranch at the foot of Mt. Yotei. Enjoy the ride while swaying on the back of a horse in the silver world, looking up at the towering Niseko's main peak, Mt. Yotei.
Friendly horses will welcome you. Beginners can practice in the enclosure before heading out to the field. After the ride, enjoy feeding the horses, taking photos, and riding a pony-drawn sleigh or horse-drawn snow tube (weather permitting).
A perfect way to make memories with family and friends in Niseko's stunning scenery.
Winter Horse Riding Tour
Price ¥20,000 / person
- Duration: 60 min（45 min. riding, 15 min. mingling with horses)
- Starting times: 11:00am, 1:00pm, 3:00pm
- Age: 6 years old - 65 and under / Weight: up to 85kg
- Minimum: 2 people, maximum of 5 people per tour
The tour takes place on a farm at the foot of Mt. Yotei, 8 km from Hanazono (20 minutes by car).
What To Bring
- Wear comfortable, warm clothing. Snow wear recommended.
- Gloves and beanie
- Snow shoes, and boots/rubber boots. *If your shoes are too wide, they may not fit in the stirrup that you put your feet in while riding. In that case, you can rent suitable boots at the venue. (¥500)
Meeting Spot and Time
Not at Hanazono. Please check in directly at the following location.
- The tour takes place on a farm at the foot of Mt. Yotei, 8 km from Hanazono (20 minutes by car).
- Pick-up and drop-off service is available at Kutchan, Hanazono and Hirafu area accommodation facilities. The meeting time for pick-up will be announced by e-mail after the booking is confirmed.
- Please note that you will not be able to join the tour if you are late for the meeting.
