Hanazono Beach is located in the resort. Surrounded by trees, the pond has a pebble shore and a pier. You can come empty-handed to enjoy yourself, as fishing gear, canoes and donut boats are available for rent.

Picnic on the Lake by

The popular local café Sprout has fully produced the “Picnic on the Lake by Sprout” plan. This value-packed set includes drinks, baked treats, and jelly for two people.
You can also enjoy a variety of Sprout drinks and light bites at the Resort Center 308, so be sure to stop by the café during your stay!

Fishing Rental
Relax and enjoy the mountain atmosphere as you fish in a tranquil catchment at Hanazono Beach for rainbow trout, cherry salmon, and mountain trout. You will receive everything you need to set up and fish to your heart's content for 50 minutes. This is a catch-and-release activity. To gently release the fish, staff will assist in attaching bait to the hook and removing the fish's hook. For those who want to enjoy more advanced fishing, guided ocean and river fishing tours are also available.

What to Wear
- Comfortable clothes and walking shoes. High heels are not acceptable.
- Hat, sunglasses, and insect repellant spray if needed.
- Depending on the season, insect repellent may be helpful.
NOTE
- Please follow the staff's instructions.
- Not available outside of Hanazono Beach.
- Do not bring your own fishing gear, kayaks, etc. to the site.
- Fishing is catch and release. If you catch a fish, please return it to the pond.
