Food Trucks Wanted! 2026 Summer

• Event Period (Mountain Lights): July 1 – October 12, 2026
  (Minimum commitment: From 1 day.)
• Off-season availability: Vendors are also welcome to set up between May 1 and June 30 (prior to the main event).

Food and Beverage Sales

• 2-3 stalls are expected per day, and we might decline your request depending on the contents of your sales.
• Gas and water are to be provided by the vendor. If this is difficult, please ask us.
• Electricity will be provided. Generators that make engine noise are not allowed to be used. If you wish to use one, please consult us in advance.
• There will be no lighting at the venue due to the night light content. Car headlights are not allowed during business hours.
• Garbage cans must be placed near the food trucks, and garbage must be collected by the vendors.
• Clean up around the stall area before leaving.
• If fire is used for cooking, a fire extinguisher must be installed.
• Cancellations made after 3 business days of stall opening will be subject to a cancellation fee of ¥5,000 per day. In case of no-show cancellation, you may be asked to refrain from opening future stalls.
• If you post on social media, it would be great if you could mention “@hanazononiseko” and “@mountain_lights_hanazono”.

• Submit an application form or send us a completed email.
• A photo of your food truck, copy of Food Hygiene Manager or alternative certification and business license must be submitted.
