Food Trucks Wanted! 2026 Summer
We are looking for delicious food and drinks to feed our guests at the Mountain Lights venue!
Mountain Lights is an immersive art of light that can be enjoyed from the sky and the ground in the summer season.
Fireworks collaboration event are also planned, making the night of Hanazono even more colorful and festive. Feel free to contact us if you are interested!




- Event Period (Mountain Lights): July 1 – October 12, 2026
(Minimum commitment: From 1 day.) - Off-season availability: Vendors are also welcome to set up between May 1 and June 30 (prior to the main event).
Operating hours: Available anytime from 11:00 AM onwards.

Important Notice for Vendors during Mountain Lights Period: July 1 – October 12, 2026
During this period, all vendors are required to operate from 4:00 PM until the end of the event hours. We do not accept applications for daytime-only operations. However, you are permitted to start operating earlier in the day (before 4:00 PM) if you wish.
Mountain Lights Event Hours:
- July 1 – July 31: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Last entry 9:30 PM)
- August 1 – August 31: 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Last entry 9:30 PM)
- September 1 – October 12: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Last entry 8:30 PM)
Please ensure your stall remains open until the event closes each night.

Food and Beverage Sales
- 2-3 stalls are expected per day, and we might decline your request depending on the contents of your sales.
- Gas and water are to be provided by the vendor. If this is difficult, please ask us.
- Electricity will be provided. Generators that make engine noise are not allowed to be used. If you wish to use one, please consult us in advance.
- There will be no lighting at the venue due to the night light content. Car headlights are not allowed during business hours.
- Garbage cans must be placed near the food trucks, and garbage must be collected by the vendors.
- Clean up around the stall area before leaving.
- If fire is used for cooking, a fire extinguisher must be installed.
- Cancellations made after 3 business days of stall opening will be subject to a cancellation fee of ¥5,000 per day. In case of no-show cancellation, you may be asked to refrain from opening future stalls.
- If you post on social media, it would be great if you could mention “@hanazononiseko” and “@mountain_lights_hanazono”.
- Submit an application form or send us a completed email.
- A photo of your food truck, copy of Food Hygiene Manager or alternative certification and business license must be submitted.
