Suddenly feel like going on a picnic? Don't worry, you can rent a "picnic set" at Cafe Hanazono 308 at the foot of the mountain. The coffee included in the set is original from SPROUT, a popular coffee shop in the Niseko area! If you rent this set, you can grind coffee from beans on the mountain and enjoy it.

No need to prepare anything in advance! Just go to the cafe and they will put a coffee set for two or three people in a pretty basket, and you just take that basket with you on the gondola. Of course, the beans, hot water, and cups are all included. For first-time coffee grinders, a how-to memo is attached, so it will be a good memory to make coffee with your friends while checking it.

4 Go hiking

You will also find a handful of hiking trailheads to explore Mt. Niseko Annupuri or Kagami-numa Marsh. Kagami-numa, which gets its name from the reflection of the surrounding scenery in the mirror-like surface of the water, is especially recommended on a sunny day when there is no wind. A beautiful scenic reward awaits those who make it there on foot.

  • Hanazono to Kagami-numa Marsh Approx. 30 min. on foot
