Conditions
- Online booking only (no cash accepted)
- Hokkaido residents who have an address in Hokkaido
- Proof of Hokkaido residencies such as a copy of your local driver's license and health insurance card must be provided.
- Those who don't live in Hokkaido are Not eligible even if your permanent address is in Hokkaido.
- The most recent (three months) utility bill receipts with your name and current address can be used as proof of Hokkaido residencies in case the address of your valid identification is not Hokkaido.
- You may be asked to confirm your address at the ski resort.
How to Buy Online lift tickets
Buy online, skip lift ticket counter queues and head straight for the lift!
- Easy purchase with your credit card online, DIRECT access to the lifts!
- Rechargeable keycard system makes everything easier. Keycard, the IC card you will obtain for 500 JPY with your first online lift ticket will be your permanent lift card.
- First time you'll stop by one of the Automatic Ticket Machine inside Hanazono 308, and receive your key card.
- From 2nd time on, you'll hit the lift station directly!
- Access to the online shop from your PC / tablet / Mobile phone.
※All online lift tickets are non-reimbursable.
Online Purchase Guide
- Click the "BOOK NOW" button on this page and access the Hanazono-Hirafu Online shop top page. Read the terms and conditions and continue.
- Select the season of the pass you'd like to purchase. (choose by the starting date)
- Select “Purchase New Lift Pass”.
- Select the item by the age of the pass-user. Enter starting date, and the number of passes you'd like to purchase.
5. If you are purchasing several passes, scroll up and add other pass types. When you have all the passes you'd like to purchase, click NEXT.
6. From the next screen, you'll move on to user registration. Please enter your Name, Email address, age, gender, and nationality. This email address will be your account ID.
7. If you are purchasing other people’s lift passes using your account, click “+Add New Group Member” button in My Group section and fill out the form for each person. Please assign a group member to each of the pass you have selected, and proceed to check out.
8. The total amount including the cost of each keycard (500 yen per new card) you are purchasing for this time will be shown. Click “Book & Pay”.
9. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, check your purchase details once again and proceed. Your payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Master).
10. After the payment has been accepted, an email will be sent to the registered email address. You'll also receive the QR code which you will use to receive your Keycard from the ticket machine.
Collecting your Keycard
- Have the QR code ready, and head to the Automatic Ticket Machine inside Hanazono 308. it is located near the lift ticket counter.
- Receive your online lift ticket Keycard from the machine.
Now you are ready to go to the lift station! Enjoy your powder day!
Online Purchase Guide
*Please have the numbers of all the Keycards you wish to charge new passes ready.
- Click the "BOOK NOW" button on this page and access the Hanazono-Hirafu Online shop top page. Read the terms and conditions and continue.
- Select the season of the pass you'd like to purchase. (choose by the starting date)
- Select "Recharge Existing Lift Pass".
- Select the item by the age of the pass-user. Enter starting date, and the number of passes you'd like to purchase.
- If you are purchasing several passes, scroll up and add other pass types. When you have all the passes you'd like to purchase, click NEXT.
- From the next screen, you'll move on to user registration. Please enter the registered email address, and click "Send verification code". Enter the code sent to your email, check your user details shown and proceed if correct.
- Please assign a group member to each of the passes you have selected, and proceed to check out. You can add a new group member here as well by clicking add new group member on the top left.
- Click “Book & Pay”. After agreeing to the terms and conditions, check your purchase details once again and proceed. Your payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Master).
- After the payment, you'll receive a confirmation of your purchase. Now the recharge of the new passes is done!
Now you are ready to go to the lift station! Enjoy your powder day!
Remarks
- All purchases of the online lift passes are non-refundable and non-replaceable.
- The keycard is not transferable and resale of this card is prohibited.
- 500JPY added on the first purchase is a cost of your Keycard. It is non-refundable as it is not a deposit.
- Tickets for children not yet of school-age (pre-elementary school) are free. Please come with the children to the lift ticket counter to receive the free ticket. They must be accompanied by an adult when riding lifts.

Other information
- Online lift tickets can be purchased on the day of use.
- In case of re-charging new passes to your Keycard, it will take maximum 15 minutes for the card to be ready to go through the gate.
- Online shop accepts credit card payment, no cash
- Online lift ticket prices are only available within the online shop and not available over the phone or at the lift ticket counter.
