Every condominium utilises floor-to-ceiling windows to showcase Mt Yotei – Hokkaido’s answer to Mt Fuji.
There are two condominium styles: deluxe and premium. The difference between the two is in the floor level and interior decoration. Premium condominiums are located on floors 4 – 6 and have been designed with superior quality furnishings. Niseko Landmark View provides the perfect sanctuary for those who want the best.

2BDR Deluxe Apartment
These apartments (90 – 93 sqm in size) are located on Floors 1 – 3. Each apartment has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom, a shared bathroom, a living room with balcony, and a full kitchen.
Up to 4 people can sleep in existing beds and for an additional charge (2,500 yen/night) a futon can be provided to accommodate a 5th person. Bedding can be arranged as double or twin beds on request.
3BDR Deluxe Apartment
These apartments (100 – 110 sqm in size) are located on Floors 1 – 3. Each apartment has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second and third bedroom, a shared bathroom, a living room with balcony, and a full kitchen.
Up to 6 people can sleep in existing beds and for an additional charge (2,500 yen/night) a futon can be provided to accommodate a 7th person. Bedding can be arranged as double or twin beds on request.
2BDR Premium Apartment
These apartments (90 – 93 sqm in size) are located on Floors 4 – 6 offering stunning views of Mt Yotei. Each apartment has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a second bedroom, a shared bathroom, a living room with balcony, and a full kitchen.
